Improper use, i.e. tightening or loosening via 1/2" lever / beam / ratchet can destroy the reduction - twist the 1/4" square.¨ Take therefore, use this reducer only as an "emergency helper" when you don't have a 1/4" ratchet at hand and only use it for resistance-free screwing.
