ŠKODA swivel clamp size 4 (standard 24 3328) is designed for lathe
work.
Their extended clamping part allows easy access to the workpiece tool, which is particularly advantageous when working with a tool with replaceable cutting inserts and when working on copier lathes.
The tip design allows for radial clearance. The spikes have a MORSE clamping pin ČSN 22 0420 (DIN 228, ISO 296) without a clamping thread.
The swivel tips are supplied lubricated with lithium grease LV 2-3. It is recommended that the spikes used under extreme conditions should be poured in an amount of up to 1 g through a hole in the head of the housing (blinded by screw S1) and in an amount of up to 0.5 g through a hole at the end of the tapered shank (blinded by screw S2). Disassembly of rotating tips is not recommended.
