KODA swivel tip size 6(standard 24 3328) is designed for work on
lathes.
Their extended clamping part allows easy access of the tool to the workpiece, which is especially advantageous when machining tools with interchangeable cutting inserts and when working on copying lathes.
The design of the tips allows the adjustment of the radial clearance. The tips have a MORSE No. 22 0420 clamping shank(DIN 228, ISO 296) without a clamping thread.
Swivel tips are supplied lubricated with lithium grease LV 2-3. It is recommended to relubricate the tips used in extreme conditions at intervals of 300 operating hours in the amount of up to 1 g through the hole in the head of the housing(blinded by the screw S1) and in the amount up to 0.5 g through the hole at the end of the conical stopwatch(blinded by screw S2). Disassembly of swivel tips is not recommended.
