Production of square, hexagonal and other profile holes on a lathe, milling machine, drilling machine or machining center
For machining materials: steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with max. strength up to 1400MPa
The head works on the principle of embossing / extrusion - see the attached video.
It is necessary to buy shaping attachments (punches) for the head - see related products or the enclosed catalog sheet. If you do not find a suitable punch, we can supply punches made to order - according to your requirements.
Delivery time for non-stock items (heads and attachments) is 5-7 days, for custom production usually 2 weeks.
