Their extended clamping part allows easy access of the tool to the workpiece, which is especially advantageous when machining tools with exchangeable inserts and when working on copying lathes.
The design of the tips allows the radial clearance to be adjusted. The tips have a MORSE ČSN 22 0420 clamping shank (DIN 228, ISO 296) without a clamping thread.
Swivel tips are supplied lubricated with lithium grease LV 2-3. It is recommended to relubricate tips used in extreme conditions at intervals of 300 operating hours in quantities up to 1 g through the hole in the housing head (blinded by screw S1) and up to 0.5 g through the hole at the end of the taper shank (blinded by screw S2). Disassembly of the rotating tips is not recommended.
