Spiral groove - use of the drill in drills and on all machines where the drill rotates and the workpiece stands - drills, milling machines, NC, etc.
The package includes a holder, 2x clamping screw and 1x torx key.

Karnasch manufactures both carbide and sintered steel inserts. It is therefore used both for NC (with carbide insert) and for conventional machines without numerical control (with sintered steel insert).
Of course, carbide inserts can also be used on conventional machines, you just need to keep in mind that any vibrations (loose spindle, low rigidity of the system / machine, etc.) can cause premature damage / breakage of the carbide insert. Sintered steel is tougher and can withstand worse handling.
