Product information
The wire is designed for the welding of austenitic stainless steel
type 19CR10Ni or the like.
Also suitable for welding titanium, niobium-stabilized steels, eg ASTM321 and ASTM347, if the operating temperature does not exceed 400 ° C.
The wire has an increased silicon content (0.85%), which increases the flowability of the melt and reduces the spray and porosity to a minimum. This ensures a smooth surface of the weld.
The high content of silicon does not increase the risk of cracking.
Welding is carried out using a DC negative polarity (DC). Welding can also be done with a pulse current, which can be advantageous for welding in positions and for welding thin gauges.

Short arc 110-140A, 19-22V
Spray arc 160-220A, 25-29V
Hardness 200 Brinell
We recommend using with this shielding gas: Argon with flow 6 -8 l / min enriched with 30% helium or 1-5% hydrogen.
