Procedure:
The workpiece must be firmly fixed.
1. The axis of the drill and the drilled holes must match.
2. Carry out the centering precisely, in the case of application on the NC and the centering on the run use a lower speed.
3. Drill the bent tap - ideally dry, possibly with lubrication - when lubricating, be careful not to stick the chips!
4. Blow any chips left in the rain with a compressor or pull out with pliers / needle.
5. Use a new tap.
6. After cutting the thread, check the accuracy of the thread.
