Rolls for repairing external threads in the SilberTool rolling
head(there are 3 rolls in this set)

For left repair Thread with pitch: 0.8 mm
< br> To repair the thread, simply insert the rolls into the head with the corresponding pitch of the thread, place the head on the undamaged tea. To turn the thread, tighten the movable roller to the thread and turn the whole head over the damaged thread(several times as needed to lubricate!) to repair the thread.
The resulting thread is due to cold rolling of high quality, smooth and shows a higher limit of resistance than a new thread.
This method is safer than with the use of threaded files or threaded eyes - it does not remove any material, on the contrary, cold compaction is threaded the same â € oQuality as before damage.
