Karnasch countersinks are precisely ground with a CBN wheel, which guarantees that the cutting edge of the countersink is always the highest point and the countersinking works as it should. This way of grinding also achieves (compared to milled countersinks) that the cutting edge is smoother and sharper - greater efficiency and lifetime of the tool. The result of this grinding is perfect chip removal, trouble-free work, a perfect surface without scratches and a perfectly centered recess.
