Multi-fix quick-release knife head - size D1
Suitable for lathes with axial height: 600 - 1000 mm
When replacing knife holders — in the head there is a repeatable clamping accuracy of 0.01 mm.
The head offers 40 different adjustment positions, quick and easy height adjustment via a knurled screw
Quick clamping of the interchangeable holder is performed by a quick-release lever.
On the clamping head scale 0-40 - see photo
Set contains:
1x clamping head
3x holder 40x180 for four edge knives(type D), for knives with max. Size 40mm
1x holder 50x180 for round knives(type B), for knives with max. Diameter 50mm
1x handle for locking the holder in the knife head
1x handle for tightening the four edge screws in the knife holders
Attention - screw for fixing the knife head on lathe support needs to be modified or a new one is made - it is not part of the package.
