Parting holder for MULTI cutting blade, for radeco ČSN 223693 - springing

Holder for trapezoidal radar ČSN 223693 with height 6mm, 8mm, 10mm and 18mm
The holder is suitable for lathes with working height of the tool edge(-axis height) 20mm and larger(w with support)
Clamping is possible radeco of slices of various sizes - it is therefore possible to choose the width of the recess:
- slice 3x18, or 4x18mm has a basic axial blade height of 20mm after clamping in the holder
- for 2.5x10mm slice the holder must be underlaid with a 1mm washer
- for the 2x8mm blade, the holder must be underlaid with a 2mm washer
- for the 1.6x6mm blade, the holder must be underlaid with a 3mm washer

Note:
1) When using an 18mm blade, it is absolutely necessary so that the lower part of the holder lies on the entire surface on the bearing surface of the knife head !!
2) When using a blade 6 and 8 mm high, slide the holder to the side so that the clamping screws rest on the holder in the places of the guide groove for the blade 6mm or 8mm

Recommendation:
The holder is designed for slices ČSN 223693, which are of conical cross-section and the holder bed is adapted to this cross-section. The recommended maximum extension of the blade from the holder is approximately 1.5 times its height. For a blade 18mm high, this corresponds to a maximum recess depth of about 27mm
You can also buy suitable blades in all the above dimensions from us, in the following versions:
a) HSS - semi-finished product, it is necessary to sharpen the face and grind the breaker
b)HSS Co5, for size 3x18mm HSS Co10 - these blades are already ground on both sides, including the optimal shape of the breaker
For each additional sharpening, it is enough to grind the front surface. At the same time, however, it is necessary to adjust the axial height by supporting the entire holder.
