Tap clamping method:
The taps are clamped in TC1433 collets, which must be purchased separately.
The taps are secured in the collet with a square and a clamping shank.
The tap is held firmly in the collet, pulled out after pressing the clamping collar.
The collets are secured in the head over a bearing and stones.
In addition to the tapping head, it is also possible to purchase additional attachments for taps manufactured in accordance with JIS and ISO 529 standards, which are not common in our country.
Approximately 90% of the domestic market consists of taps manufactured according to DIN374, DIN376 standards
TC1433 collets are not part of the tap - they need to be purchased separately! br>
Function:
The tap is clamped in a suitable TC1433 collet, which has a torque clutch already preset, or it can be fine-tuned as needed.
The tap has a length compensation of approx. 1.0 cm, so it is enough to set the cutting depth in a suitable way. The torque coupling may prevent the tap from breaking.
