Blade insertion procedure and edge / chamfer height adjustment
1) Loosen both worms on the body of the needle and remove the aluminum and black nuts. Be careful that you do not lose the spring, it is free.
2) Insert the body into the body, secure it with two worms and reassemble the whole needle. Tighten the worms on the body and loosen them by about a quarter to a half turn to maintain the function of the spring.
3) Adjust the chamfer height by tightening the aluminum nut - tightening = less chamfering, loosening = more chamfering.
4) Make sure that the runner is not drowned in the body of the needler, if so, rearrange the aluminum nut and check so that the runner protrudes.
5) Always have the black counter mother tightened to the aluminum mother.
