Series IC5005:
Hard substrate with multi-layer MTCVD TiCN coating and a thick layer of Al2O3 coating with post-coating surface treatment. It is mainly used for machining nodular cast iron( and other cast iron) at medium to high cutting speeds under stable or slightly unstable conditions. It is used when there is a higher requirement for wear resistance than IC5010 carbide or other grades.
Usage:
Steel: P05-P15
Cast iron: K05-K20
Hardened steel: H15-H25

Type -19 : Sharp 7° breaker for roughing operations with medium to large chip removal.
