IC908 Series:
Hard sub-micron substrate with TiAlN PVD coating. Suitable for low to medium cutting speeds. Developed for machining refractory alloys, austenitic stainless steels and very hard steels. High resistance to embossing, oxidation. Suitable for a wide variety of materials and engaging conditions.
Usage:
Steel: P10-P30 (Vc = 70-180 m / min; 230-590sfm; Fn = 0,04-0,12 mm / rev.)
Stainless steel: M05 -M20 (Vc = 50-180 m / min; 160-590 µm; Fn = 0.04-0.12 mm / rev.)
Cast iron: K15-K30 (Vc = 110-175m / 570 sfm; Fn = 0,04-0,12 mm / rev.)
Non-Ferrous Metals and Plastics: N05-N20
Superslitz: S05-S20
Hardened: H05-H15
