Hard sub-micron substrate with TiAlN PVD coating. Suitable for low to medium cutting speeds. Developed for machining refractory alloys, austenitic stainless steels and very hard steels.
Usage:
Steel: P20-P50 (Vc = 60-170 m / min; 200-560sfm; Fn = 0,04-0,12 mm / rev.)
Stainless steel: M20 -M40 (Vc = 60-150 m / min; 200-490 fm; Fn = 0.04-0.12 mm / rev.)
