Professional turning head for the production of internal polygonal
profiles: squares, hexagons, TORX, TORX and other profiles
for lathe, milling machine, drill and machining center,
with internal cooling
Scope of use:
6-edge: 2-26mm
4-edge: 5-20mm
TORX: T20-T70
TORX PLUS: IP20-IP70
For punches type: G16(with 16mm shank)
Head diameter: 68mm
Head length(without driver): 90mm
Clamping shank : 25mm

Usage (see attached video) :
Production of square, hexagonal and other profile holes on a lathe, milling machine, drill or a machining center
For machining materials: steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with a maximum strength of up to 1400MPa
The head works on the principle of turning/punching - see the attached video.
For the head, it is necessary to purchase additional imaging attachments ( punches) - see related products or the attached catalog sheet. If you cannot find a suitable punch, we can supply custom-made punches - according to your requirements.
Delivery time for non-stock items (heads and attachments) is 5-7 days, for custom production usually 2 weeks.
