Extended engraving attachment - square punch - 4-edge

Material: HSS - high-speed steel
Coating: no coating
- we are able to offer TiN / TiAlN / INOX PLUS , ZIRINOS , possibly other coatings

Uncoated version of the extension: steel, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with max. strength up to 900MPa
Coated version of the attachment: steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, copper, brass, cast iron - with max. strength up to 1400MPa
In serial production and when forming steels with a higher strength than stainless steel, we recommend HSSE-PM sintered steel punches.
The attachments with the head work on the principle of turning/extruding - see the attached video.
Remember that the hole must always be properly pre-drilled and countersunk - lead-in for the punch!
If you need a different punch size or tolerance, or if you did not find the required punch in the menu, send us an inquiry.
Delivery time for non-stock items (heads and attachments) is 5-7 days, for custom production usually 2 weeks.
