Excellent chip evacuation, cutting edge, resulting surface without scratches, excellent tool-hole centering
The countersink grooves are ground with a fine diamond wheel, which makes the cutting edge sharper and smoother compared to conventional countersinks where the grooves are milled.
The cutting edge is always the highest point of the diameter, ie during countersinking the material does not rub against the wall of the countersink, which reduces the required cutting force and also reduces the heat generated -> which increases the service life of the countersink.
