Optimum working speed 3,200-6,500 rpm.
The abrasive blades on the base are fan-shaped, radially around the tool axis. There is an abrasive cloth between the slats. The result is higher material removal and a rougher cut.
The open structure of the material gives the tools elasticity and ensures a cool cut. The high flexibility of the fleece ensures that there are no changes in the geometry of the surface.
The optimal peripheral speed for bodies with abrasive fleece is 10-20 m / sec.
