Thread cutter B16 for collets TC-820, B16-SF20

Quick-release tapping head for TC 820 attachments for machine taps according to DIN371 DIN374 and DIN376
This type (SF) is without length compensation!
The torque coupling is adjusted directly on the collet.

Clamping range of the thread cutter: M5 - M20 ( need to purchase TC820 collets )
Clamping shank: inner cone B16 - Ideal for drills that have a fixed outlet B16, i.e. 16mm outer cone, which cannot be replaced
Alternatively, it can be clamped on ordinary drill mandrels with an external cone B16 - see attached photos

Method of clamping the tap:
The taps are clamped in TC820 collets, which need to be purchased separately.
The taps are secured in the collet by the square and the clamping shank.
The tap is held firmly in the collet, pulled out after pressing the clamping collar.
The collets are secured in the head via the bearing and stones.

To the threading head, it is also possible to purchase attachments for taps made according to JIS and ISO 529 standards, which are not common in our country.
Approximately 90% of the domestic market consists of taps made according to DIN371,374,376 standards

Clamping collets TC820 are not part of the tap - they need to be purchased separately!

Function:
The tap is clamped in a suitable collet TC820, which has a torque coupling already preset, or it can be fine-tuned as needed.
