Riveting attachment for a drill for classic rivets and rivet nuts, FORTUM

Reinforced T-COMBO attachment, which allows riveting rivets and rivet nuts with the help of a drill.

For rivet nuts: M3-M12, or M3-M4-M5-M6-M8-M10-M12 from material Al, copper, steel, stainless steel
For burst rivets: 2.4-6.4mm, or 2.4-3.2-4.0-4.8-6.0-6.4mm from Al, copper, steel, stainless steel
* Maximum length of rivet / rivet nut: 12mm

Recommended working speed for optimal performance: < 20 min-1
Hexagon for clamping in the drill: 8mm

For work, it is possible to use tools with the required torque, e.g. cordless screwdriver, electric a 230V drill or a pneumatic drill in the range of 2Nm to 22Nm (depending on the size and material of the rivet used).

The riveting attachment of the T-COMBO set is basically ready for working with rivet nuts (nut rivets), because it has a nut work module installed from the factory. To work with burst rivets, it is necessary to replace this module and mount a working module intended for burst rivets (included in the delivery) in the extension. The replacement procedure is given in the attached instructions.

This adapter must not be used with any type of impact wrench, must not be used together with the impact function!
