Professional dresser for grinding wheels PN ZPS 2249/2

Grinding wheel ripper / dresser.
Two-handed professional tool made in the Czech Republic( PN ZPS 2249/2) is used for quick dressing of stand and table grinders.
Leveling is performed by attaching a dressing wheel( PN 22 4945), which is mounted on the swivel shaft of the puller.

Description of the puller:
Metal body with a diameter of 35 / 30mm with a driven surface for a secure grip.
Total length including 315mm dressing wheel.
The leveling wheel has the shape of a cone. Disc height 45mm, max. Diameter 65mm, wall thickness 18mm
The leveling disc is mounted on a rotating shaft with a diameter of 8mm and secures on self-locking nut M8.
For a variant of using a dressing wheel with a hole of 10 mm, a 10/8 mm spacer is also included in the package.

Procedure for leveling the grinding wheel:
- Leveling is performed with the grinder switched on by inserting the edge of the dressing wheel on the surface of the grinding wheel.
- The sweeper body is held with both hands at such a distance that the sweeper wheel touches the grinding wheel only at the point where the wheel is uneven. Gradually slide on the surface of the grinding wheel to achieve leveling of the entire surface.

CAUTION !!!
For safety reasons, it is necessary to wear safety goggles and stand in such a position that the body outside the flying part of the abrasive.
Although a self-locking nut with a sufficiently long overhang of the thread is used to fasten the dressing wheel, it is better if the construction of the machine allows it to be fitted / attached. Set the leveling wheel so that the nut cannot be loosened even if it is started / accelerated even if handled improperly.
