Accuracy classes of granite slabs according to DIN876, where L is the length in mm:
00 : 2 + L / 500 um
0 : 4 + L / 250 um
1 : 10+ L / 100 um
2 : 20 + L / 50 µm
The board thus meets the given accuracy according to DIN876 + in addition, it is produced according to more demanding production tolerances - see below. In practice, it therefore has an even more precise flatness than the DIN876 standard.
Manufacturing tolerance of granite slabs, where L is the length in mm:
000 : (0.003 x L + 2.5)/4 µm
00 : (0.003 x L + 2.5)/2 µm
0 : (0.003 x L + 2.5) um
1 : (0.003 x L + 5) um
Material: the best quality black granite from a granite mine - natural granite
Specific density: 2970-3070kg/m3
Strength: 245-254 MPa
Elasticity: 120-127 GPa
Coefficient of expansion: 4.61 x 10-6 / °C
Water absorption: < 0.07%
Hardness in Shore: over 70Hs
