The torque coupling is set directly on the attachment.
Tap clamping method:
Taps are clamped in extensions, which need to be purchased separately.
The taps are secured in the extension with a square and a clamping shank.
The tap is held firmly in the extension, pulled out after pressing the clamping collar.
The extensions are secured in the head over a bearing and stones.
In addition to the tapping head, it is also possible to purchase additional attachments for taps manufactured in accordance with JIS and ISO 529 standards, which are not common in our country.
Approximately 90% of the domestic market consists of taps manufactured according to DIN371,374,376 standards
Clamping tongs TC-312 / TC-820 / TC-1433 are not part of the tap - they need to be purchased separately!
Usage:
The tap is clamped in a suitable attachment, which has a torque coupling already preset, or it can be fine-tuned as needed.
