Abrasive blades on the mat are fan-shaped, radially around the tool axis. Between the lamellae is the abrasive cloth. The result is a higher material removal and a thicker appearance of the cut.
The open structure of the material lends elasticity to the tools and takes care of the cold cut. The great adaptability of the web makes sure there are no changes in surface geometry.
The optimal circumferential speed for bodies with abrasive fleece is 10-20 m / sec.
