Beds and jaws nitrided 63HRC. The vise is designed for precise work on milling machines, EDM machines and CNC machining centers. The precision of the processing makes it possible to use several vices to clamp one piece of larger dimensions. The end jaws are movable, in the case of two different parts, the vise centers itself and clamps both parts. The package includes: 4 pcs clamping block ( for M16 or M12 screws) 3 pcs spare plates under the jaws ( prevent chips from entering the vice mechanism) Not included in the package : Handle, guide stones, nut clamping screws, T-nut - these need to be purchased separately. The brake serves to secure the outer jaws when the vise is in a vertical position. I.e. serves to prevent the jaws from moving when you want to insert the workpiece. See the attached photos for more.
