Quick release attachment / sleeve / insert / collet TC312 / GT12 with slip for machine taps The attachment clamps taps: DIN 371 (reinforced shank): see attached table DIN 376 (classic shank): see attached table Dimensions of the clamping part (insertion into the clamp - see 2nd photo) - the radius stones are 10mm wide, 4mm high and the wall thickness is 3mm. Method of clamping the tap: The taps are secured in the extension by a square and a clamping shank. The tap is firmly held in the extension, it is pulled out after pressing the clamping collar in the front of the extension. Features : The tap is clamped in a suitable collet TC312, which has a torque coupling already preset, or it can be fine-tuned as needed. This insert fits into a thread cutter - see related products. Cannot be used alone.
